  1. i am really into these kind of things and can do really great stiff. the thing is i just cant get to do one arm muscle ups! i can do about 50 chin ups and 16 muscle ups but cant do a single one armed….train hard huh?

  4. @izakaru009 HI bro! Jaz is about 160 cm and weighs about 65kg. Train hard and feel free to ask any q’s or advice – you will succeed! Train hard!

  5. @marcusbondi Thanks! I have already improved my pull ups by 6! from 8 – 14 in only a week and a half! You guys are so inspirational! Btw what do you think of fats? be it healthy or not. Do you eat them? And How do we train our bodies to be able to do what you’re doing everyday instead of doing it every other day? 🙂

  6. @izakaru009 Eat only ‘healthy fats’ – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flaxseed oil, avocado, omega 3- from fish. No commercial or industrial blended fats at all! Eat more lean beef chicken & fish and leafy greens. NO white bread, flour, rice, pasta; wholegrain only! Fresh fuit – lots of water. Train every day if it’s fun and no pain. But if you feel tired and sore don’t train. But just a few pull-ups & push ups is good to get the blood flowing for recovery. Just build up gradually. Best regards.

  7. isn’t it amazing how much work he got done in ONE MINUTE? full bw exercises save so much time you really can’t argue you have no time for them

  8. doing 5 muscle ups is my goal, i can easily do perfect form around 20 wide pullups and chinups. I know pull ups mainly use your back and muscle up is more overall and uses more/additional muscled. Any tips of how i can improve? i literally can’t do 1 muscle up. i never did gymnastics or cross fit
