    How much times do u train per week?
    Is it okay to train 3 times per week with 1 day rest between trainings and 2 days rest after 3rd training?

    nice work man, i’m working hard to do a simple flag. hope one day i will reach this level!

  3. This is not a one handed human flag. There is a guy who does it here on youtube without using the head and actually doing the flag with his legs straight out.
