  1. impressive, no doubt, but itd be MORE impressive if you were grabbing a pole, instead of posting on arm, and wrapping the other over the top of a post

  2. Hi hi! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend shed tons of useless fat.

  3. Whoa, very impressive. The guys do that flag thing on poles here all the time, but they don’t hold it and do crunches. NICE.

  4. Forget about cosmetics – worry about results – Luc is a champion 800m runner and mma/boxer. How many world-class boxers or MMA fighters have tree-trunk legs? None. Don’t get hung up on appearances; just go for what works best! Cheers bro.

  5. While I agree with what you’re saying (the purpose of your message), I disagree about mma fighters not having “tree trunk legs”. Just look at guys such as Benson Henderson (155lbs) for example. Again, results over cosmetics all day though…..

  6. I’ve noticed a lot of people like you have a different character than the average person… you reply without defending your ego. Very admirable. I look up to people like you. BTW… I’m 18 and can barely do maybe like 3-5 muscle ups, but my life’s goal is to do 30. I’m not there yet, nor will I be there for a VERY long time, but I’ll work for it. =)

  7. @SomethinDwnUrPantss You have it backwards. It is easy to be strong if you are big. Exercises like the flag level the playing field between the big guys and the smaller. It is all about getting the maximum out of the muscles, regardless of size.
