  1. I’ve done 6 of these HIIT sessions this week, just once a day and if I’m honest, before I started I didn’t think that 15-20 mins was enough for a workout. Blooming heck I was wrong. Nice one Joe Wicks! These are making me fitter by the day!! Cheers!! ?????

    1. Jackar nah, he is in Aus in this clip so he is adopting this thing Aussies do when the talk by going up in pitch at the end of the sentence to make everything sound like a question. 😉

  2. Just finished! Nice one Joe! Been doing these workouts for 6 days now.. I know it’s not long but I’m being really committed to it every morning and also eating healthy as well. Already seen a difference!
