Just last weekend i was camping and a little boy was riding his bike with trainging wheels by our campsite and he fell over and hit the back of his head. An adult that was riding behind, I think family or friend saw it happen, we just heard the boy screaming/crying and when we looked the adult was picking him up, holding the back of his head and running towards their campsite. There was blood on the road where he hit and we washed it off and i thought i saw him riding his bike the next day. His bike had like a stormtroopers mask on the front
