I dont know if you have been able to solve some communication issues but ihave some solutions i wouldlike to suggest. 1. for the issue of someone not responding to their radio maybe add a beacon in each cart so the tower guy can activate it when the lifeguard doesnt respond to the radio. 2. for the confusion of whose on which cart maybe put a coloured flag on each cart then use a sign in chart, if the lifeguard is rushing and cant write down whose on which cart they can just tell the guy in the tower which cart they took.This will always allow whoever is in tower to identify whose where even though the guys in the tower change shifts @bondirescue
i rlly don’t get the poeple that go to bondi, if your not a comfortable swimmer and it’s tough conditions out there, why are trying to go out water that you can’t stand in, i get if ur pushed away but stand around or swim around in sort of chest deep water.
