Before you can begin to Surf there’s some things you need to know before you even get into the water. Things such as what a rip is, how to make a box and eventually stand on your surf board.
This lesson from O’Neills in Cornwall will help you to prepare before you even get to the beach. And lets face it Cornwall has some of THE best waves so they certainly know what they are on about.

A very useful and important talk but the only time I ever tried surfing I was a total failure.
What a brilliant lesson. I bodyboard rather than surf but I have learned so much watching that!
