This morning i conected my iphone to my computer asking for an update to apple ver soft 5.0
after the update the backup file in itune wonted wonted a passwork i tryed so many passwords
nothing worked so went fishing around and found the solution

What I went though to resolved >

1 st

sp ; A

after Backup disconnecting your IPhone and re-connect;

pop up question:  about restore from backup or create new.

clicked ‘Cancel’ and then the restore from backup started automatically!

go back into itunes click on encripted my password to backup add new pass

2 nd

gess what  Hey! ” No phone conection ”

So went into Voderfone they recon ring mac support

4hr later  The low down is ..

the only way inn to  restore, is through icould for your backups to your iphone settings / apps

connect the iphone up date from itune restor as  New user

it will update all your music from local itunes once disconect

2. Set to your wifi >
3. Set thouhg backup with icould
4.  login with Apple id / pass
5. restore your account

It worked for me
