Ok this ones for the mums and dads out there . hope this helps you..
Step 1 and 2 ..
Open your FaceBook and look on your letf side of the page for the Button called ” photos”

Click on the Upload Photos / Videos its up to you …
Step 4 and 5
Just click on the link to go stright to this page on facebook but before you do that make sure you are loged inn

now if you get and error or worring it meens your video was to big it mite look like this

Go have a cofe or tell a friend…

The maximum file size is 1024 MB. Please try uploading a smaller file.
1024mb = 1 Gig that is very big try a smaller one or make that one smaller with an > Video Encoder < copy paste this into yahoo or google to fine one put > + free download < afer it, for direct search.. Step 7
